Carla Branca, Viola

Carla Branca studied at Zurich’s Hochschule der Künste with Hatto Beyerle and Christoph Schiller. She pursued further studies with Bruno Giuranna in Cremona as a Walter Stauffer Foundation scholarship recipient. She attended master classes with Oscar Ghiglia, Adelina Oprean, Elizabeth Wallfish, Alexander Van Wijnkoop and Michel Rouilly. In addition to her pursuing her music careers, she studied psychology at Basel University. Carla Branca is a violist with Collegium Musicum Basel. In addition to numerous orchestral and ensemble performances in her native country and abroad, she also appears in rock and pop concerts as well.
