Continuation of the Gemstone Trilogy: GENUIN Records Soundtrack for the Cinema Film "Saphirblau"

22.4.2014: In early April, a GENUIN sound engineer directed the recordings for the new cinema film "Sapphire Blue", the second part of the fantasy trilogy "Liebe geht durch alle Zeiten" (Love Goes On Through All Times). The Staatskapelle Weimar conducted by Christian Klaus Frank recorded the film music by Philipp Fabian Kölmel. The soundtrack of the first part, "Rubinrot" (Ruby Red), also produced by GENUIN, has already enjoyed great success and was released by Sony Classical.

The fantasy trilogy "Liebe geht durch alle Zeiten" by the author Kerstin Gier contains the books "Rubinrot" (Ruby Red), "Saphirblau" (Sapphire Blue) and "Smaragdgrün" (Emerald Green) - and is therefore also referred to as the Gemstone Trilogy. The filming of the bestsellers is being directed by Katharina Schöde and Felix Fuchssteiner; "Rubinrot" celebrated its premiere in the cinemas on 14 March 2013, and "Saphirblau" will be shown in German cinemas starting on 14 August 2014.

Here you can see snapshots of the recording with the Staatskapelle Weimar.
